Since 2017 SiNC has been organizing boost camps, forums, workshops, training courses, managing accelerator/incubator programs for young people and women residing in Tbilisi and especially in remote regions of Georgia who are from low-income families. SiNC is developing their skills and innovative ideas and also we support them with free mentoring program and support them to achieve product-market fit. Now SiNC is developing volunteering program for early school-leavers and university students.
In 2019 on 31 August 7 September Young people from Georgia participated in the training course Youth in Rural Development held in Agros, Ciprus. The project was implemented by Youth Dynamics. Partner organization from Georgia: Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center SiNC.
The training course aimed at providing intercultural/ international discussion, good practice examples sharing, presenting new ideas for rural development processes in the context of global changes.The idea of this project is based by needs strengthen the viability of rural areas, to increase youth employment and strengthen their capability to exploit the strategic breakthrough conditions in case to create innovative development ideas and to strengthen the Co-operation in the framework of ERASMUS+ programme. During the project, youth had the opportunity to know about the entrepreneurship opportunities, rural business development by using local rural resources such as natural environment, rural social capital, boundary objects, social infrastructure and others. The methods of the project: know how technique, rapid rural appraisal , case studies, visiting good practice examples, study of participation and etc.
The training course combined the principles of non-formal education and experiential approach based on participants needs, motivations and experiences by using intercultural learning methods and tools such as games and exercises, group presentations, workshops, debates, role plays, forum theatre, outdoor activities and team building.
The project was held in Cyprus, Agros and involved 32 participants coming from EU and Non-EU countries.

In 2019 SiNC co-organized ClimateLaunchpad competition in Georgia, the world s largest green business ideas competition in cooperation with GITA-Georgia s Innovation and Technology Agency and SPARK, Business Accelerator. 12 teams were selected and trained in two-days intensive bootcamp with top ranked curriculum and methodology for cleanteches. For the next two months teams received coaching from local and international mentors to validate their ideas and improve their pitch decks. In October on National Final in Georgia top three teams were selected whose representatives would have gone to Amsterdam, Holand on Global Grand Final in November to get access to global ecosystem and market and pitch in front of the investors, jury memmbers and battle for prizes and a spot in international accelerator EIT Climate-KIC Accelerator. In total this year 53 countries were involved in this project.
